Oilfield Optimization is an independent corporation providing fully-integrated upstream and downstream oilfield services to the oil, gas and energy business worldwide, covering technical, operational, management and commercial aspects. Our core businesses can be divided into two main areas – consulting and advisory services, and provision of oilfield equipments and engineering operation services. In providing the consultancy and advisory services, we specialize in technical and economic analysis of projects, providing our clients with not only traditional consulting services, but also strategic corporate advice. The scope of our business in these areas is to provide an Integrated Front-to-End engineering consulting services, from seismic to the sales point, culminating from well engineering and analysis to more complex undertakings, such as field development planning, asset evaluations and project management in various areas in the upstream sector. In the engineering operation and provision of equipments side, we provide services in the oilfield operations, such as well stimulation, drilling and completion, tracer studies, and various production operations (well testing services, artificial lift optimization and associated accessories). In addition, we also supply various oilfield equipments related to the above operations. In performing our tasks,

emphasis is on technical excellence, creativity and above all honesty,
along with exceptional integrated team culture and delivery of fit-for-purpose
solutions.

Business Model
In terms of Business Model, Oilfield Optimization is very flexible. We work under a variety of standard and innovative commercial models. For most of our standard services, we work under an agreed price model based on certain deliverables and project objectives. Under certain circumstances, depending on the client needs, we are also willing to enter into risk/reward and incentive type models, where our revenue is based upon the performance or success of the services and advice we provide.
